Ibrow Rose Red Liquid Pigment is a permanent makeup pigment. The bottles are sterile and are made with utmost safety precautions. The Rose Red Liquid pigment can be used for lips. It has a warm undertone. This Rose Red Liquid pigment can be mixed with various pigments to lighten/brighten or warm up their undertone for optimal results.

This Rose Red Liquid Pigment comes with a lot of attractive features:
