Ibrow Black Brown Liquid Pigment is an eyebrow permanent makeup pigment. The bottles are sterile and are made with utmost safety precautions. This liquid pigment can be used as an eyebrow tattoo pigment (powder brows, ombre brows, hair stroke brows) and also as eyeliner, scalp & vitiligo. The Black Brown liquid pigment has a neutral undertone which is ideal for Fitzpatrick skin types 4 & 5. It can be mixed with various pigments to lighten / brighten or warm up their undertone for optimal results.
This Rose Red Liquid Pigment comes with a lot of attractive features:
